By making a reservation, guests of the hut accept and agree to the cancellation policy and no‑show rules applied by the hut, as well as all other terms and conditions related to the services offered and to the reservation or intended stay. When a customer makes a reservation, it is considered that they have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. Reservations made by phone are considered a valid contractual agreement. Any payment made is deemed as acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for staying at the hut. 2. Reservation Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made by notifying us at the following phone number: +359 889 770 759. 2.1. For cancellations made up to 21 (twenty‑one) days before arrival, no penalty will be charged, except for reservations made under special holiday packages that specify their own booking and cancellation deadlines. 2.2. For cancellations made 14 (fourteen) to 10 (ten) days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total paid amount will apply. 2.3. For cancellations made less than 72 (seventy‑two) hours before arrival or in the event of a no‑show on the day of check‑in, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled. 2.4. Hija Planinarska Pesen reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Hija Planinarska Pesen: Offers the client accommodation for another period under the same conditions and rates, without any additional compensation owed. 3. Hija Planinarska Pesen undertakes to provide the client with all requested and prepaid services in full. 5.2. The hut is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen belongings, or for damages caused by third parties. 5.3. Any complaints related to the quality of the paid services must be submitted directly to the hut or by phone at the reservation number, so that corrective measures can be taken. 5.4. Amounts for fully or partially unused services due to the client’s fault are non‑refundable. 5.5. All prices listed on the website are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT. In some cases, prices may be linked to other offers, promotions, or conditions. For more information about our offers, our team is at your disposal. 5.6. The client is responsible for maintaining proper behavior during their stay at Hija Planinarska Pesen. Any material damages caused to the property must be covered by the client. 5.7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, in accordance with national legislation. 5.8. Guests using the services of the hut must be adults under Bulgarian law (18 years or older). Children are allowed only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Guests must not leave children unattended within the premises. 5.9. Hija Planinarska Pesen reserves the right to modify the information on this page and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
