Triglav Hut is at ~1,360-1,400m on the southern slopes of the Central Balkan Mountains (Stara Planina), east of Botev Peak (2,376m) at the foot of Golyam Kademliya Peak (2,275m), in Golyama Ravna area—part of Central Balkan National Park.
How to get there:
Tazha village (south, easiest) 3h (10km) – Train access (3/day); marked path follows dirt road to Rusalka Hut midway, then split right (signposted). Asphalt from Karlovo.
Apriltsi (north) 4-5h – Dirt road via Tazha, then climb NW forest.
Mazalat Hut (ridge) 2h – Kom-Emine E3 trail; views of waterfalls or Tazha Hut 1h – Short ridge walk.
