Hotel Iva & Elena sits in the Studenets ski area of Pamporovo, at the foot of Snezhanka Peak in the Rhodope Mountains. The four-seat chairlift to Snezhanka starts about 50 metres from the hotel, so on a winter morning you are on the slopes within minutes.
The hotel has 53 rooms in two connected buildings: Iva, with standard double rooms, and Elena, with studios and spacious apartments, some with a fireplace. It suits ski weeks, family holidays and groups of friends, and in summer it is a quiet base for walks and day trips across the Rhodopes.
The main restaurant, Zlaten Elen, seats 80 and serves the buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00. The Sudzhuk restaurant has 49 seats plus a 30-seat barbecue hall, and the lobby bar seats 30. Menus mix Bulgarian home cooking with international dishes.
The relax zone has a jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and massage room, with separate men’s and women’s changing rooms. It is free for all hotel guests.
The ski storage has high-grade equipment and a boot-drying wall, and ski lessons with an instructor can be arranged on request.
All rooms are served by a lift and have a minibar, satellite TV, an electronic lock and a bathroom with a bath or shower. The hotel also has a children’s corner, a games room and a conference hall for up to 60 people. Indoor and outdoor parking is free during your stay. Small dogs and cats (up to 8 kg) are accepted on request for EUR 12 per day. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00.
Rooms are split across two buildings. The Iva building has standard double rooms (13 to 17 m²), doubles that take a third guest, and single rooms. The Elena building has studios (50 m²), one-bedroom apartments (55 to 78 m²) and two-bedroom apartments (60 to 78 m²) for up to six guests, some with a fireplace.
