St. Ivan Rilski Villa Studio

A practical, comfortable studio in the apartment houses (villas) behind the main hotel building. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Each studio is furnished individually, so the photos are for illustration.

The studio measures 30 m² and sleeps two adults and one more guest on the sofa bed. An extra bed can be added.

In the apartment: a kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, a dining area, a sitting area with soft furniture, a work desk, satellite TV, heating, a balcony with opening windows, a direct telephone line and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The apartment is cleaned daily, an iron is available on request and a baby cot is free. The villas are behind the main building and have no direct indoor connection to it.

Free for guests: the heated indoor and outdoor pools, the saunas and steam baths, the adults-only SPA zone (16+), the gym, Wi-Fi throughout the resort and the Kid’s Club. In winter a free scheduled shuttle runs to the Bansko gondola. The resort works on an All Inclusive or Half Board Plus basis.

• Price per night for the whole room for two guests, in euros, on half board (breakfast and dinner with drinks) or All Inclusive. Minimum stay 3 nights. All taxes are included.
• Christmas, 24 to 29 December 2026: half board 331.55 €, All Inclusive 361.95 €.
• High season, 2 to 9 January and 12 February to 3 March 2027: half board 287.85 €, All Inclusive 318.25 €.
• Mid season, 10 January to 11 February 2027: half board 248.90 €, All Inclusive 279.30 €.
• End of season, 4 to 25 March 2027: half board 210.90 €, All Inclusive 241.30 €.
• New Year package, 3 nights from 30 December 2026 to 2 January 2027: half board 1,867.70 €, All Inclusive 1,958.90 € for the whole stay. It includes the New Year’s Eve gala buffet dinner with a show programme, and on All Inclusive the traditional lunch on 1 January.
• Extra bed, per night: babies up to 1.99 and children up to 5.99 stay free; children 6 to 11.99 pay 29.45 € on half board or 38.95 € on All Inclusive (New Year package 183.35 € / 211.85 €); guests aged 12 and over pay 115.90 / 126.35 € at Christmas, 100.70 / 111.15 € in high season, 87.40 / 97.85 € in mid season and 74.10 / 84.55 € at the end of the season (New Year package 711.55 / 742.90 €), half board / All Inclusive.
• Early booking: for bookings confirmed by 15 November 2026, 10% off stays of 3 to 5 nights and 15% off stays of 6 nights or more.

Payment and cancellation

• Early-booking stays are confirmed with a 50% deposit paid within 7 days of confirmation; other stays with the first night paid within 7 days of confirmation. The balance is paid on arrival, or for the New Year package no later than 7 working days before arrival.
• Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival (5 days for stays from 4 to 25 March 2027). For a later cancellation or a no-show the prepaid amount is not refunded.
• Leaving early: 1 night is charged; for Christmas and New Year stays unused nights are not refunded.

Good to know

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
• Pets stay free for new bookings made by 15 November 2026 for stays until 25 March 2027; otherwise 10 € per day up to 15 kg or 20 € per day over 15 kg, plus a one-off cleaning fee, paid at the hotel.
• Parking (outdoor car park and garage, up to 120 spaces), the shuttle to the gondola, the SPA and the gym (open 24/7) are free for guests.
