Part of the Premium Design collection, this double room is on the top floor of the hotel and offers a special atmosphere, a beautiful view and a balcony. It has a double bed (180 x 210 cm), and an extra bed can be added.
The room measures 42 m² and is for two adults.
In the room: a professional air-conditioning system, a 50-inch TV, a capsule coffee machine, mineral water and a minibar, all complimentary and replenished daily, a kettle, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, reading spotlights, an iron and ironing board on request, a direct telephone line and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bed has an FPI Special Edition mattress by Happy Dreams and there is a pillow menu to choose from. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, the room is cleaned daily and a baby cot is free on request.
The large bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower cabin, a wall-mounted hairdryer and toiletries.
Free for guests: the heated indoor and outdoor pools, the saunas and steam baths, the adults-only SPA zone (16+), the gym, Wi-Fi throughout the resort and the Kid’s Club. In winter a free scheduled shuttle runs to the Bansko gondola. The resort works on an All Inclusive or Half Board Plus basis.
Winter 2026/27 prices
- Price per night for the whole room for two guests, in euros, on half board (breakfast and dinner with drinks) or All Inclusive. Minimum stay 3 nights. All taxes are included.
- Christmas, 24 to 29 December 2026: half board 420.85 €, All Inclusive 451.25 €.
- High season, 2 to 9 January and 12 February to 3 March 2027: half board 372.40 €, All Inclusive 402.80 €.
- Mid season, 10 January to 11 February 2027: half board 326.80 €, All Inclusive 357.20 €.
- End of season, 4 to 25 March 2027: half board 287.85 €, All Inclusive 318.25 €.
- New Year package, 3 nights from 30 December 2026 to 2 January 2027: half board 2,238.20 €, All Inclusive 2,329.40 € for the whole stay. It includes the New Year’s Eve gala buffet dinner with a show programme, and on All Inclusive the traditional lunch on 1 January.
- Early booking: for bookings confirmed by 15 November 2026, 10% off stays of 3 to 5 nights and 15% off stays of 6 nights or more.
Payment and cancellation
- Early-booking stays are confirmed with a 50% deposit paid within 7 days of confirmation; other stays with the first night paid within 7 days of confirmation. The balance is paid on arrival, or for the New Year package no later than 7 working days before arrival.
- Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival (5 days for stays from 4 to 25 March 2027). For a later cancellation or a no-show the prepaid amount is not refunded.
- Leaving early: 1 night is charged; for Christmas and New Year stays unused nights are not refunded.
Good to know
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Pets stay free for new bookings made by 15 November 2026 for stays until 25 March 2027; otherwise 10 € per day up to 15 kg or 20 € per day over 15 kg, plus a one-off cleaning fee, paid at the hotel.
- Parking (outdoor car park and garage, up to 120 spaces), the shuttle to the gondola, the SPA and the gym (open 24/7) are free for guests.
