Mountain Lake Maisonette

The maisonette is on two levels on the top floors of the hotel. The lower level has an entrance hall, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, and the upper level has two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. Two bedrooms have large double beds and the third has two single beds, and there is also a sofa in the living room, so the maisonette suits large families or groups of friends.

For your comfort there is a 32-inch LCD TV, a minibar, a kettle, a hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries and a heated towel rail in the bathroom, with complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water. The beds have hypoallergenic memory-foam pillows enriched with aloe vera, and the solid wood furniture gives the maisonette a warm, cosy feel. Every maisonette has a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern fireplace, a balcony with a table and chairs, and a beautiful view of the mountains and the fir forest.

The room is cleaned every day, and towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. The relax zone with the warm indoor pool, Finnish and infrared saunas, steam bath and aroma steam bath is included in the price; massages and SPA treatments are extra. Wi-Fi and parking are free, and the restaurant serves traditional Rhodope dishes.

Prices 2026/27

• Price per night for the whole maisonette for six guests, in euros, with breakfast. Included: the relax zone (indoor pool, Finnish and infrared saunas, steam and aroma steam baths), Wi-Fi, parking, the resort tax, insurance and 9% VAT. “Weekdays” are Sunday to Thursday nights, “weekend” is Friday and Saturday nights.
• Autumn, 23 October to 20 December 2026: weekdays 197.80 €, weekend 225.40 €.
• Winter, 3 January to 7 March 2027: weekdays 258.75 €, weekend 299.00 €.
• Christmas package, stays between 22 and 27 December 2026: 3 nights 1,100.00 €, 4 nights 1,400.00 € for the whole stay. It includes breakfast, a traditional lenten Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December, a complimentary minibar, coffee and tea on arrival and the relax zone. The Christmas dinner on 25 December (four-course menu, DJ party, folklore show and presents from Santa) is optional: 60 € per adult, 40 € per child aged 6 to 11.99, free for children under 6.
• New Year, 28 December 2026 to 2 January 2027: price on request, send us an enquiry.
• One child can sleep on the living-room sofa (not a sofa bed): children under 6 stay free, children aged 6 to 11.99 pay 17.25 € per night (30 € during the Christmas package).

Booking and cancellation

• A 50% deposit paid within 5 days of booking confirms the reservation; the rest is paid at the hotel on arrival.
• Free cancellation more than 30 days before arrival. From 30 to 21 days before arrival, half of the deposit (25% of the stay) is charged. From 20 days before arrival, or for a no-show, the whole deposit (50% of the stay) is charged.
