It is a massive two-story building with a capacity of 34 beds (rooms with 8, 10, 12, and 14 beds) featuring indoor and outdoor washbasins/sanitary facilities. The building has water supply, electricity from a generator, and heating with solid fuel stoves. It includes a tourist kitchen and dining room. Separately, there is a house with 20 beds in rooms of 4 to 10 beds. The house offers indoor bathrooms and sanitary facilities. The hut is open year-round.
The hut is part of the Kom-Eminе route (the Bulgarian section of the international hiking trail E3).
