Winter 2026/27 conditions

• Prices are per apartment per night, bed and breakfast included, for 2 guests on the regular beds.
• Up to 2 more guests sleep on extra beds (added automatically when you book for 3 or 4 guests): 59.95 € per night for each adult or 47.55 € per night for each child aged 6-12.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• New Year period (27.12.2026 – 01.01.2027): minimum stay 4 nights.
• Mandatory New Year dinner: if your stay includes the night of 31 December, 173.64 € per apartment (for 2 guests) is added to your booking automatically. It does not apply if you check out on 31 December.
• For each extra guest the New Year dinner is an extra 173.64 € for an adult or 86.82 € for a child aged 6-12.
