The Luxury Room is 35 m² of understated elegance in a delicate Alpine style, with natural tones, soft textiles and a comfortable king-size bed. Panoramic windows look out over the Pirin Mountains. It is designed for two adults, and a baby up to 1.99 can stay in a cot.
In the room: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an interactive TV, a well-stocked minibar, a wardrobe, blackout curtains, a hairdryer and toiletries.
Included in the price: the hotel SPA with indoor and outdoor mineral water pools, saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas, Pulse Therme (guests aged 14 and over), the Pulse Fitness gym, the kids’ club, the ski shuttle to the Bansko gondola, ski storage and Wi-Fi. Massages and spa treatments are at extra cost.
Winter 2026/27 prices
- Price per night for the whole room for 2 guests, in euros. Half Board is breakfast and dinner; 5* Premium All Inclusive covers the Main Restaurant, the Alpine restaurant, Aperi, the evening sushi concept and premium imported drinks; Therme Privilege adds the option of dinner at the Chalet Restaurant. Included: the hotel SPA and Pulse Therme (guests aged 14 and over), Pulse Fitness, the kids’ club and daily children’s activities, the adventure world of Fun Park Therme (weather permitting), ski storage, the shuttle to the first station of the Bansko gondola and 9% VAT. The tourist tax of 1.43 € per person per night is added on top. Minimum stay: 4 nights at Christmas and New Year, 3 nights in all other periods.

Early booking and long stays
- 5% off for bookings confirmed by 30 November 2026. Early-booking stays are prepaid by 15 December 2026.
- Long stays in autumn, early winter and winter (not at Christmas and New Year): stay 7 nights and pay 6, 9 pay 8, 10 pay 9, 11 pay 10, 12 pay 11, 13 pay 12 and 14 pay 12. Can be combined with early booking.
Payment and cancellation
- Every stay is paid in full no later than 7 days before arrival, or 28 days before arrival at Christmas and New Year.
- Autumn and early winter: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; 50% is charged from 6 to 3 days before arrival and 100% from 2 days before arrival. Christmas: free up to 21 days before arrival; 50% from 20 to 14 days and 100% from 13 days before arrival. New Year: free up to 28 days before arrival; 100% from 27 days before arrival. Winter: free up to 14 days before arrival; 50% from 13 to 7 days and 100% from 6 days before arrival. A no-show is charged 100%.
Extra charges
- A specific room number: 18 €. A pet up to 5 kg: 60 €; larger pets (6 kg and over) stay free at Grand Pets. Discounts do not apply to extra charges.
