Orfei Hut is a mountain hut in the western Rhodope Mountains. Situated at 1,190m elevation next to the Izvora (Derinkouk) River, north of Borino village in Devin municipality.
Park at Borino village and hike 1h (5km) via marked dirt road (4×4 accessible). Alternatives: Devin town (4h/20km hike through forests), Teshel village (2.5h/8km), or Shiroka Polyana Dam (part of E-8 long trail).
Cozy spot in pine forests for tents; part of E-8 European trail through Kastrakli Reserve. Capacity ~42 beds; contact for bookings.
