Sanitary: Shared indoor bathrooms/toilets on each floor (changing room, shower, toilet).

Utilities: Water supply, electricity, central/local steam heating.

Kitchen/Dining: Restaurant, cafe-apéritif, tourist kitchen/dining room (on request), small shop for food/souvenirs.
