Ravnec Hut is at 1,157m in Chobanski Egrek locality on the Ravnec ridge, a southern spur of Kaloferska Planina near Karlovo town.
How to get there:
Drive to Besh Bunar rest area in northeast Karlovo (near Ruska Vila).
Hike (2hr): Two blue/red-marked paths (pensioner-friendly gentle or direct steep); constant ascent through forest.
No road access—park at trailhead; ~500m gain.
