Balkan Roses Hut is located at 1,066–1,100 m elevation on the banks of the Goliama Reka River in the Stara Reka Reserve, at the border of Troyan and Kalofer Mountains in Central Stara Planina, Karlovo Municipality, Bulgaria.
Access by Car
No direct car access; park in Karlovo town center (Park Evlogi i Hristo Georgievi).
Hiking Access
From Karlovo town: 3 hours blue-marked trail via Stara Reka Valley (one of the 100 National Tourist Objects). From Hubavets Hut: 30 min; from Vasil Levski Hut: 1.5 hours
