The three-story hut offers 85-100 beds in rooms with 2, 3, 6, or 8 beds, plus apartments and dormitories. First-floor rooms and apartments were renovated in 2019, with bathrooms and showers on each floor.
Amenities include central heating, electricity, running water, a large restaurant, café, shop for souvenirs and gear, ski wardrobe, and free parking. It supports year-round activities like skiing via nearby lifts and gondola from Simeonovo.
