Eho hut

Eho Hut is in the Central Balkan National Park, Stara Planina mountains, at 1645-1675m elevation on Zhelezni Vrata saddle between Kavladan (1710m) and Yumruka (1819m) peaks.

Access Routes:
The hut is on the E-3 Kom-Emine hiking trail with marked paths from multiple points:
From Klisura town (south, 5h hike): Yellow markings from train station through town, cross viaduct, dirt road with switchbacks, steep ascent to Vetrovyti Preslap, then red ridge marking to hut. From Ribaritsa village (north, 4h): Along Cherna River valley or via Kukui peak on Razdavo ridge; partial 4×4 access possible. From Beklemeto via Kozya Stena hut (east, 2.2h from Kozya Stena): Red ridge marking; scenic but exposed, avoid in bad weather. From Vejen hut/Mount Vejen (west, 3.3h): Along the ridge.
