Persenk Hut is located in the central Rhodope Mountains of Bulgaria, on the Chernatitsa ridge in the Chadara area.
From villages: Hike 2.5 hours from Orehovo (marked trail or 12km gravel road); similar from Hvoyna/Zaburdo. By car: Asphalt/gravel roads to trailheads near Wonderful Bridges (no direct hut access—park and hike 1-3 hours); 4×4 recommended for upper sections. Popular multi-day routes: From Varhovrah Hut (6-8 hours via forests/Roman road) or Pamporovo (~10km/5 hours).
