Belmeken hut

The hut is located in Rila National Park at 2,224 meters of altitude, on the shores of Ravnivrashko Lake and in the foot of Belmeken Peak (2,626.4 m). It was originally built in 1932. The hut is electrified and can host up to 30 people in dormitories. A limited choice of food and drinks is available.
The hut is accessible from the holiday area of the town of Kostenets – 4,5 hours along a marked trail, or from Belmeken Dam – 2,5 hours. An asphalt road leads up to the dam, located at 2,000 meters above the sea.
